You may pick up your complimentary tickets there or at later performance if you are unable to make that performance. If you have any questions please contact Samantha Perrotta at perrotsm@wfu.edu.

Notes for Attendees

Because University policy provides complimentary admission to our students, two complimentary admissions to our Reynolda and WFUBMC faculty, and two complimentary admissions to our Reynolda staff, and because seating is limited, the possibility of disappointment exists. We urge our audience to arrive early, especially for performances in Brendle Recital Hall. Should all seats be taken at the time of arrival, a purchased ticket will be refunded. The concert hall will customarily open one-half hour before the performance begins.

Cameras, recording devices, pagers, cellular phones (electronics of all kinds), tobacco, food, water, and beverages are prohibited in performance areas. Unpaid reservations will not be accepted (except for group orders). Ticket refunds are issued only in case of an event cancellation, or extraordinary circumstances. Ticket purchases may be charged to MasterCard, Visa, or Deacon Dollars.

There are newly designated areas for wheelchair seating in Brendle and Wait Chapel. For other special needs, call the Secrest office at (336) 758.5757 or Samantha Perrotta at perrotsm@wfu.edu or (336) 758.3224.  For directions on where to park and venue accessibility, please follow the links above or on the event page for parking/location/directions.

Parking on campus is available, but sometimes challenging to locate. We suggest an early arrival.

Secrest Signature Talks

Audience members are encouraged to attend the Secrest Signature talks, which begin at 6:40 PM before performances, are free, and last about 25-30 minutes. Information about the speaker for each event may be found on the individual concert pages elsewhere on this site.   A section of good seats is always reserved in the venue for those attending this pre-performance activity. Space is limited but reservations are not needed.

For Brendle Recital Hall events, Signature Talks take place in Scales M208, which is adjacent to the lobby space of Brendle Recital Hall. For Wait Chapel events, Signature Talks take place on the second floor in the balcony room.

Note: there will be no pre-performance talk for Broadway’s Next Hit Musical
