Notes for Attendees

Because University policy provides complimentary admission to our students, two complimentary admissions to our Reynolda and WFU Medical School faculty, and two complimentary admissions to our Reynolda staff, and because seating is limited, the possibility of disappointment exists. We urge our audience to arrive early, especially for performances in Brendle Recital Hall. Should all seats be taken at the time of arrival, a purchased ticket will be refunded. The concert hall will customarily open one-half hour before the performance begins.

Cameras, recording devices, pagers, cellular phones (electronics of all kinds), tobacco, food, water, and beverages are prohibited in performance areas. Unpaid reservations will not be accepted (except for group orders). Ticket refunds are issued only in case of an event cancellation, or extraordinary circumstances. Ticket purchases may be charged to MasterCard or Visa.

There are newly designated areas for wheelchair seating in Brendle and Wait Chapel. For other special needs, call the Secrest office at (336) 758.5757 or Hayden Barnes at
